If you apply for this course, you will participate in dual training.
It means that:
- in the second year a significant part of the practical lessons are organized at partner companies cooperating with the school,
- you can practice your future profession in a real environment, thus you gain labor market experience and references even before the end of the training,
- therefore you increase your chances of landing a job.
In addition, you receive a monthly allowance (based on a state grant scheme in the first year and on a state grant scheme OR an employment contract in the second year).
IMPORTANT!
In the second year, practical lessons are completed within the framework of a dual employment contract at our partner companies, the duration of which is anticipated to be 6 months. No state grant is provided for this period, but you will be entitled to a much higher wage than the grant.
In the case of a 40-hour internship employment contract salaries can range from HUF 100,000 HUF gross to HUF 168,000 gross (12/2020 (Government Decree II.7 § 253).

New student grant system (technical school, first profession):
HUF 8,000 per month in the 13th grade and HUF 16,000 (current amount for the academic year 2022/2023) after a successful sectoral basic exam.
In the 14th grade: performance-based amount between HUF 16,000 and HUF 59,000, depending on results. In addition, in case of a successful final exam students are given a one-time career start support (depending on results, between HUF 130,000 and 302,000.)

What do tour organisers do?
They provide information, prepare travel plans and itineraries, book tickets and accommodation, and organize package tours/holidays at a tour operator or travel agency.
They carry out marketing and sales activities, maintain contact with foreign and domestic partners, organize and sell inbound and outbound trips.
They collect information about various means of transport and accommodation, and provide their customers with information about their travel arrangements.
They build itineraries, issues tickets and vouchers.
During the tourists’ stay, they display the tourism palette of the destination, help inform tourists and organize their programs.
They have extensive and up-to-date knowledge in their field. Through them, tourists get to know the given destination, its traditions, gastronomy and culture.
Tour organisers are excellent communicators in both Hungarian and foreign languages. They build relationships easily and successfully resolve conflicts as well.
